| 摘 要： | 目的:了解农村卫生人力资源的规模和结构现况,并对未来3年乡镇卫生院卫技人员学历结构进行预测分析,为基层卫生服务体系建设提供依据。方法:对2006年辽宁农村卫生人才现状调查和2010年中国卫生统计年鉴数据进行横纵向比较分析,并对未来3年辽宁乡镇卫生院卫技人员学历结构进行预测分析。结果:该省乡镇卫生院卫技人员学历结构进一步优化,年龄结构以30～50岁为主,未来3年在学历教育项目的推动下大专和本科构成将进一步提高。结论:该省农村卫生人力资源结构配置基本合理,下一步应该加强农村护理人员的人才队伍建设。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To know the current situation of rural human resources and to provide evidence for the health service system construction.Methods: Making a comparative analysis between rural health investigation and 2010 China health statistics yearbook,forecasting trend prediction analysis in the next three years.Results: The structure of health workers was optimized,the age structure was 30～50 years old,the ratio of undergraduate and junior college students would be further improved through the degree education project promotion.Conclusion: The structure of rural human resources was reasonable.The quality of rural nursing staff should be further improved. |
