医学教育改革应适应国家执业资格要求——基于四川省卫生人才建设规划和高等医学教育现状的研究

文章根据四川省提出的人才强卫的战略目标要求,研究分析四川省卫生人员和四川省高等医学教育的现状,认为"深化教育教学改革须与执业资格要求相结合,而执业资格考试应成为医学教育质量的检验标准之一"。

Reformof medical education should be adapted to national qualification requirements: on the basis of the study on health personnel's development plan and present situation of higher medical education of Sichuan province

According to the requirements of Sichuan province’s strategic Strengthening Health with Talents plan,this paper analyzes the present situation of health personnel and higher medical education in Sichuan province,and suggests that deepening the reform of medical education and teaching should be combined with the qualification requirements.Qualification examination should become one of the test criteria for the quality of medical education.
