| 摘 要： | 医院成本核算是医院经济管理的重要内容。文章综述了以单病种临床路径为基础的成本核算相关研究成果,并对研究现状进行总结和分析,提出以单病种临床路径为基础进行成本核算研究是医院成本核算管理的新模式。

| Abstract: | Hospital cost accounting is an important part of economic management of hospitals.An overview of the clinical path to a single disease-based costing research results is done,and the current status of research and analysis are summarized.The path to a single disease clinical research are proposed as the basis for a new model of cost accounting management of the hospital. |
