我院药品集中供应对医疗总费用的影响分析

目的:了解药品集中供应对医疗总费用的影响,对解决老百姓"看病贵"问题提供有效可行的建议。方法:运用PASW Statistics 18统计软件对药品集中供应后总费用变化进行分析。结果:药品集中供应改革后,药品费用、医疗总费用、门诊均次费用、门诊均次药费、住院均次费用、住院均次药费和平均住院床日费用等较改革前大幅度减少。结论:降低医疗费用是一项系统工程,需要国家政策的调整和相关机制的创新与完善。

The effect and analysis of pharmaceutical centralized purchase on total medical cost

Objective:To understand the effect of pharmaceutical centralized supply on total medical cost,to solve people "expensive hospitalization expense" problem to provide feasible proposals.Methods:Using PASW Statistics 18 software analysis to total medical expenses change after the pharmaceutical centralized supply reform.Results:After the reform of pharmaceutical centralized supply,pharmaceutical costs,medical costs,average outpatient expense,average pharmaceutical expense per visit,inpatient cost per visit,hospitalization cost,average cost of bed days before reform are reduced.Conclusion:To reduce the medical cost is a systemic project,needing the adjustment of national policy and related mechanisms of innovation and improvement.
