我国农村地区成人乙肝疫苗接种的公平性及其分解分析

目的:研究我国农村地区成人乙肝疫苗接种的公平性及其影响因素的贡献率。方法:问卷调查6省9县39个村17 105名16岁以上成人乙肝疫苗接种情况及影响因素,并运用集中指数及其线性分解法进行分析。结果:农村成人乙肝疫苗接种存在不公平性,集中指数为0.118 4,分解结果显示,除省份差异的贡献率为负值外,其他各因素的贡献率均为正值,收入水平的贡献率最大,为51.22%。讨论:收入、受教育水平、年龄构成和职业促成乙肝疫苗接种的不公平性,而地域差异能够缓解其不公平。

Analysis on the inequality of adults taking Hepatitis B Vaccine in Chinese rural area and its decomposition

Objective: To analyze the equity of adults taking Hepatitis B vaccine in Chinese rural area and measure the contributions of determinants.Methods: 17 105 individuals over 16 years old were selected from 39 villages in 9 counties of 6 provinces.Questionnaire survey about vaccination and its determinants was conducted.Concentration index and its linear decomposition were employed to analyze the data.Results: There was inequity in adults’vaccination in rural areas,which was 0.118 4,indicated by the concentration index.The decomposition of CI showed that contributions of determinants were positive except province differences.Income level made the largest contribution with 51.22%.Discussion: Income,education level,age and occupation increased inequity of Hepatitis B vaccination,while geographic factors reduced the inequity.
