Research on government health expenditure in Liaoning province

Government health expenditure is an important part of China total expenditure on health and is also an effective means to ensure that everyone has equal and fair access to health.The input on health of the government at all layers in Liaoning Province had been ceaselessly strengthening since the new round of health system reform in 2009.The paper analyzes the amount and allocation of the government health expenditure in Liaoning Province,reflects the achievements and problems of the practical input on health by the local government,and discusses approaches to improve the appropriateness and equity of health resources allocation on the basis of steady increase on government health expenditure.
