| 摘 要： | 采用Delphi法构建临床路径质量评估指标体系,并通过分析专家积极系数、权威程度和协调程度来检验方法的可靠性。分析结果显示,两轮咨询专家的积极系数分别为100%和84%,专家的权威程度平均值在0.8以上,各级指标的专家意见协调系数在0.2～0.6之间(P<0.05)。因此,只有专家的积极性较高,权威性和协调性较好,构建的临床路径质量评估指标体系才能为评价临床路径实施效果提供有效依据。

| Abstract: | The paper was aimed to establish Clinical Pathways(CP) quality assessment system using Delphi Metho d,and to test its reliability by analyzing positivity,authority and harmony of the experts.The results showed that the two groups of experts’positivity factors are 100% and 84%,the average level of authority is above 0.8,and the harmony test among various levels of experts is between 0.2 and 0.6(p<0.005).In conclusion,the higher the positivity score,the better authority and harmony there are,thus establishes an effective recourse for assessing the outcomes of clinical pathways assessment system. |
