| 摘 要： | 细胞凋亡又称程序性细胞死亡,是由基因控制的细胞自主有序性死亡。近年来研究表明,细胞凋亡对肿瘤及多种增生性疾病有重要治疗意义。细胞数目的稳态需要增殖和凋亡二者作用的平衡,而二者的作用均依赖于细胞周期。p21(CIP1/WAF1,p21)作为细胞周期负性调控因子,与细胞凋亡密切相关,现就近些年来细胞凋亡和p21关系的研究做一综述。
