PKRP和TURP治疗良性前列腺增生的疗效观察

目的　比较经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术(PKRP)与经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)的临床疗效。方法　PKRP术治疗BPH 6 0例,TURP术治疗BPH 6 0例,对两种术式的临床效果进行比较。结果　两组患者在手术后国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS) ,生活质量评分(QOL)、平均尿流率(AFR)较术前均得到显著改善(P <0 .0 1)。PKRP组在手术时间,术中失血量,术后留尿管时间,术后住院时间,暂时性尿失禁发生率均明显少于TURP组(P <0 .0 5 ) ,未发生电切综合征(TURS)。结论　PKRP比TURP并发症更少,恢复更快,更安全,是经尿道治疗BPH的理想方法之一。

A Comparative Study on the Effect of PKRP and TURP for the Treatment of BPH

Objective To compare the clinic efficacy of operation of transurethal plasma kinetic resection of prostate(PKRP) with TURP for BPH. Methods To review and compare the clinic efficacy of 60 patients with BPH treated by PKRP and 60 patients treated by TURP. Results IPSS,QOL, AFR were significantly improved after both of procedures(P<0.01).Compared with TURP,PKRP seemed to be less in operative duration, operative bleedin-g, postoperative cathete-rization,the time of postoperative hospitalization and temporary urin-ary incontinence(P<0.05).No TURS occurred in PKRP. Conclusions PKRP is less compli-cation,more safety and more quickly recovering than TURP,which is one of the recommen-ded methods for the treatment of BPH
