RP-HPLC同时测定神农香菊中绿原酸和木犀草素的含量

目的：建立同时测定神农香菊中绿原酸和木犀草素含量的方法。方法：采用RP-HPLC法，色谱柱为Kromasil-C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇（A）-乙腈（B）-0．8％磷酸溶液（C），进行梯度洗脱，流速为0．5ml·min^-1，柱温30℃，检测波长为328nm。结果：绿原酸和木犀草素分别在4．5～90．0μg·ml^-1（r=0．9993）和10．5-210．0μg·ml^-1（r=0．9996）浓度范围内均有良好的线性关系，平均加样回收率分别为98．72％，97．77％。结论：本方法简便，快速，准确，重复性好，可用于神农香菊药材的质量控制。

Simultaneous Determination of Chlorogenic Acid and Luteolin in the Flowers of Dendranthema indicum var.aromaticum by RP-HPLC

Objective： To establish a method for the determination of chlorogenic acid and luteolin in the Flowers of Dendranthema indicum var. aromaticum. Method： RP-HPLC method was used with Kromasil-C18 （250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm）column and the mobile phase consisted of methanol （A）- acetonitrile （B） -0.8% natrium dihydroger phosphorate （C） with gradient elution. The flow rate was 0.5ml·min^-1, the column temperature was 30℃, and the UV detector was set at 328nm. Result： The linear ranges of chlorogenic acid and luteolin were 4.5 - 90.0μg·ml^-1 （ r = 0.999 3 ） and 10.5 - 210.0μg·ml^-1（ r = 0. 999 6）, respectively. The average recovery of chlorogenic acid and luteolin were 98.72% and 97.77%, respectively. Conclusion： The method is simple , accurate and repeatable, it can be applied in quantitative determination of chlorogenic acid and luteolin in Flowers of Dendranthema indicum var. aromaticum.
