| 摘 要： | 目的应用高效液相色谱法测定阿魏酸钠注射液含量。方法本品采用Phenomenex色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-水-冰乙酸(69∶30∶1.5)为流动相,流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为322nm。结果阿魏酸钠在0.07196~0.86352mg.mL-1范围内峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999。结论该分析方法结果准确,重复性好,可用于阿魏酸钠注射液的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE An HPLC method was developed for determination of ferulate sodium in Ferulate Sodium Injection.METHODS Column was Phenomenex C18(250mm×4.6mm 5μm),the mobile phase was methanol-water-glacial acetic acid(69∶30∶1.5)and detection wavelength was 322nm,the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1,RESULTS The linear range was from 0.07196 to 0.86352mg·mL-1 and r=0.9999.CONCLUSION The method was accurate and had good reproducibilities.It can be used for the quality control of Ferulate Sodium Injection. |
