60例老年患者院内肺部感染情况分析

目的：分析老年患者院内获得性肺部感染的情况,为临床治疗及预防提供帮助。方法：回顾总结近6个月来临床老年科患者院内获得性肺部感染的临床症状、体征、辅助检查、致病细菌谱及其药物耐药率等情况。结果：老年患者院内感染率高,临床表现不一,病原菌对多种抗生素耐药。结论：老年患者因年龄大、病种多、抵抗力低下,为院内感染易感人群,应采取有效措施以降低其感染率和病死率。

Analysis on 60 cases patients of nosocomial pulmonary infection among senile

Objective： To analysis nosocomial infection among geriahrics patients. Methods： Laboratory examination of total 60 patients age above 70 years old in our hospital were studied retrospectively. Results： The clinical characteristics of senile patients were various, they had high frequency of multiple antibiotic resistance. Conclusion： The rates of senile patients nosocomial infection and dead are more high because of the decrease inmunological function and underlying disease, so elincial should take more effective measures prevent infection occurrence.
