| 摘 要： | 目的探讨闭合复位中空加压螺钉治疗锁骨中段骨折临床效果。方法锁骨骨折14例患者采用闭合复位加中空加压螺钉内固定治疗。结果14例患者均获随访,随访时间5~20个月,平均8.8个月。X线示骨折愈合,愈合时间6~8周,平均6.6周。无畸形或延期愈合及并发症发生,外观良好,病人满意。结论闭合复位中空加压螺钉内固定是治疗锁骨骨折一种微创、操作简单、疗效优良的手术方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of closed reduction and compressed cannulated screw fixation for clavicle fracture.Methods Fourteen cases of clavicle fractures were treated with closed reduction and compressed cannulated screw fixation.Results All cases were followed up for 5-20 months(average 8.8 months).The union of fracture detected by radiographic imagines was well.The union time was about 6-8 weeks (mean 6.6 weeks).There was no complication in all cases.Conclusion This method is a simple and effective minimally invasive surgical procedure for treating clavicle fracture. |
