钢丝荷包加张力带固定髌骨粉碎性骨折

目的：探讨髌骨粉碎骨折的固定。方法：对43例髌骨粉碎骨折，采用钢丝荷包加张力带固定，术后不予外固定，早期进行非负重功能锻炼。结果：经平均5年随访，按陆裕朴膝关节功能评定标准，43例术优33例，良6例，可3例，差1例，优良率90．7％。结论：钢丝荷包加力带固定髌骨粉碎性骨折，骨折复位满意：固定稳妥，下床时间早，愈后功能恢复功能理想。

Results of using cerlage wiring combined with temion bang for comminuted patellar fractures

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the internal fixation methods for comminated patellar fractuves. METHODS: 43 patients with comminutel patellar fractures were treated with cerlagewiring combined with tension band and alloweel to do dirigation earlier. All cases didn't need the external fixation after operations.RESULTS: The average follow-up period was 5 years and the encellent and good results were seen in 90.7%. CONCLUSION: Using the method of cerlage wiring conbined with tensiow band for camminuted patellar fracture is more effective and firm than other method of treatment.
