| 摘 要： | 目的:观察电针治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效,并探计其作用机制.方法:将48例患者随机分为电针组和西药组,每组24例.电针组行电针治疗,主穴取关元、中极、次(谬)、会阳,配穴根据证型辨证取穴;西药组口服司帕沙星和舍尼通片.观察治疗前后患者临床慢性前列腺炎症状评分(N1H-CPSI)、尿流率-尿道括约肌肌电图(EMG)的变化及疗效.结果:电针组总有效率87.5%,优于西药组的62.5%(P<0.05).电针纽NIH-CPSI评分、最大尿流率(Qmax)、平均尿流率(Qave)EMG振幅值(TL)与治疗前比较均明显改善(均P<0.05);西药组NIH-CPSI评分亦较治疗前改善(P<0.05);两组治疗后NIH-CPSI评分、Qmax、Qave、TL值比较,电针组均优于西药组(均P<0.05).结论:根据中医辨证论治选穴,采用电针治疗慢性前列腺炎,疗效优于临床常规药物治疗.
