| 摘 要： | 目的：研究硫糖铝混悬液对消化性溃疡的疗效。方法：７４例经胃镜证实的活动性消化性溃疡病人，其中５１例十二指肠球部溃疡和２３例胃溃疡，服用硫糖铝混悬液５ｍＬ（含１．０ｇ），饭前，ｑｉｄ，各４ｗｋ和６ｗｋ为一个疗程。另２５例消化性溃疡病人，其中１７例十二指肠溃疡和８例胃溃疡病人，服用硫糖铝片剂，１．０ｇ，饭前，ｑｉｄ，作为对照组。结果：治疗组十二指肠球部溃疡与胃溃疡总显效率分别为９０％和８７％。对照组分别为５３％和５０％（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：硫糖铝混悬液对消化性溃疡有明显治疗作用。

| Abstract: | AIM: To study the therapeutic effect of sucralfate suspension on peptic ulcer disease. METHODS: seventy- four patients with peptic (51 duodenal, 23 gastric) ulcer were treated with sucralfate suspension 5 mL (1.0g), ac, qid, for 4 wk and 6 wk, separately. Other 25 patients with peptic (17 duodenal, 8 gastric) ulcer were treated with sucralfate tablets. RESULTS: The total excellent response rates of sucralfate suspension for duodenal ulcer and gastric ulcer were 90 % and 87%, respectively, and of the tablet group were 53% and 62%, respetively ( P<0.01) . CONCLUSION : Sucralfate suspension has a therapeutic effect on peptic ulcer. |
