| 摘 要： | 本文报道了首次应用Coomassie Bradford显色法测定尿微量蛋白含量的方法。其准确性和重显性分析表明,该方法有实际应用价值,是早期诊断糖尿病肾病的一个可靠检测手段。

| Abstract: | Coomassie Bradford color-developing process was first applied to determine microprotein in urine. Analysis of the results from 95 patients with diabetes mellitus and 9 normal subjects indicated that this approach is sensitive enough for microproteinuria determination and its accuracy and reproducibility are favorable. In summary, the approach of Coomassie Bradford Colordeveloping process for microproteinuria determination to early diagnose diabetic nephropathy is as reliable as and more convenient and cheaper than that of radioimmunoassay for microalbuminuria. |
