| 摘 要： | 【目的】通过观察四逆散对肝损害细胞bax基因表达的影响来研究四逆散的保肝作用。【方法】采用石胆酸灌胃造成肝损害，用免疫组化的方法观察肝组织bax基因的表达情况。【结果】石胆酸灌胃能增强小鼠肝组织bax蛋白的阳性表达率，四逆散能降低灌胃石胆酸小鼠肝组织bax蛋白的阳性表达率。【结论】四逆散对肝损害的保护作用可能是通过降低bax蛋白的表达，减少肝细胞的凋亡来实现。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To study the liver-protective effect through the observation on influence of Sini San on Bax-gene expression in injuried hepatic cells. [Methods] The hepatic injury was made by oral perfusion of lithocholic acid. The expression of Bax-gene of liver tissue was observed with immunohistochemistry. [Results] The positive expression rate of bax-gene of hepatic tissue in mice was increased by gavage of lithocholic acid and could be decreased by Sini San. [Conclusion] The liver protective effect of Sini San may be related to the decreasing effect of expression of bax-protein and liver cell apoptosis. |
