美国骨外科住院医师培训制度简介——哈佛医学院/麻省总院纪行

Introduction of the United States Orthoapedic Resident Training System

During the visiting of the United States Harvard medical school Massachusetts institute Orthoapedic department, throug the observation of the seniority of Orthoapedic resident study and work around, and understanding their professional training mode, the writer feel that there are many worthy of our learning and reference. This paper introduce the United States orthoapedic resident training＇s application and selection, training contents and requirements, and compare with the domestic orthopaedic resident training＇s present situation, points out the current domestic orthoapedic resident training system＇s faults, and hope it can be helpful to domestic orthoapedic resident training system＇s reform and development.
