紫外-可见分光光度法测定氯霉素炉甘石洗剂中氧化锌的含量

摘    要:目的:建立紫外-可见分光光度法测定氯霉素炉甘石洗剂中氧化锌含量的方法。方法:采用锌试剂显色,紫外-可见分光光度法测定6批氯霉素炉甘石中氧化锌的含量。结果:在氧化锌含量在0.516-5.160μg/mL范围内,线性关系良好,回归方程为:Y=0.2743X-0.0444(r=0.9962),氯霉素炉甘石中氧化锌的平均含量为11.42g/瓶(RSD=3.86%),结论:与络合滴定法相比,该法准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,而且简便快捷,适用于氯霉素炉甘石中氧化锌含量的质量控制。

Study on the Content of Zinc Oxide in Chloramphenicol Calamine Lotion by Ultraviolet- visible Speectrophotometry

Abstract:Objective: To establish the method of determining zinc oxide content in Chloramphenicol Calamine Lotion by Ultraviolet-visible Speectrophotometry. Method: The contents of zinc oxide in 6 batches of this preparation were determined by US- VIS spectrophotometry,Chromogenic method of zinc reagent was used. Result: The calibration curve is linear in the range 0. 516-5. 160μg / mL for Zinc oxide,The regression equation is Y = 0. 2743X- 0. 0444( r = 0. 9962),the average of Zinc oxide content in Chloramphenicol calamine is 11. 42g / bottle with RSD = 3. 86%. Conclusion: Compared to the Complexometric titration,the methods is accurate,High sensitivity and repeatability,so the US- VIS spectrophotometry method is suitable for the determination of zinc oxide in this preparation.
