多媒体教学结合PBL在骨肿瘤外科见习教学中的应用

目的：探讨以多媒体技术教学结合问题为基础（Problem-based learning，PBL）教学的模式在骨肿瘤外科见习教学中的应用价值和体会。方法对新疆医科大学2010级92名学生采用多媒体技术结合PBL教学模式。对我院我科（新疆医科大学第一附属医院骨肿瘤科）几种最常见的病种、最常采用的疾病检查手段、最常见的手术方式提出具体问题，结合多媒体技术教学从而提高学生见习的兴趣、培养见习学生对骨肿瘤外科疾病的分析及初步诊断能力。结果 PBL的教学方式结合多媒体技术可以较快初步认识骨肿瘤外科疾病，教学满意度达到了97.8%。结论多媒体技术结合PBL的教学模式可以显著提高见习学生对骨肿瘤外科学习的兴趣，增强学生掌握骨肿瘤外科常见病、多发病的诊治能力，为临床实习打下坚实的基础。

Application Experience of Multimedia Technology Mode Combined With PBL Teaching in Bone Tumor Surgery Clinical Noviciate

ObjectiveTo explore the application value and experience of multimedia technology combined with problem-based learning （PBL） teaching model in bone tumor surgery clinical noviciate.Methods Multimedia technology combined with PBL teaching mode was adopted among 92 students of clinical medicine 2010 in Xinjinag Medical University. Speciifc questions of the most common diseases, detection methods and surgeries in bone tumor surgery were asked. Multimedia technology was used to enhance students＆#39; interest in analysis of bone tumor’s diseases and the ability of initial diagnosis.ResultsMultimedia technology combined with PBL teaching mode made students know diseases in bone tumor surgery as soon as possible. The satisfaction rate of teaching was 97.8%.ConclusionMultimedia technology combined with PBL teaching mode can signiifcantly improve the students＆#39; learning interests in bone tumor surgery, and enhance the students＇ diagnosis and treatment capabilities for common and frequently occurring disease in bone tumor surgery, lay a solid foundation for clinical practice.
