从早期脂肪肝大鼠血液流变学变化探讨脂肪肝与血瘀证的关系

目的：探讨早期脂肪肝大鼠血液流变学变化,初步明确早期脂肪肝、血液流变学、中医血瘀证三者的关系,为临床诊断和治疗早期脂肪肝提供实验室依据。方法：采用高脂饮食法制备非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠模型,16只Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组,检测各组大鼠血清和肝组织TC、TG、肝切片及血液流变学指标。结果：早期脂肪肝大鼠血液流变学各项指标均高于正常组,具有统计学意义。结论：早期脂肪肝大鼠血液流变学各项指标均有明显升高,证实在早期脂肪肝就存在血液流变性障碍,即表现为高黏滞血症,脂肪肝大鼠存在血瘀证,表明了血瘀证和血液流变学之间关系密切。

Discussion on the Relationship between Fatty Liver and Blood Stasis Syndrome the Changes of Hemorrheology of Fatty Liver in Rat Early

Objective： We investigated the changes of blood rheology in fatty liver rats learned early,clarified relationship between early fatty liver,blood rheology,blood stasis syndrome in three,for the clinical early diagnosis and treatment of fatty liver. Methods： using high fat diet preparation of non alcoholic fatty liver rat models,16 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group,normal saline was given. Detection of serum and liver tissue of rats in each group TC,TG,liver biopsy and blood rheology. Results： in the early stage of blood rheology of fatty liver in rats were higher than that in the normal group,with statistical significance. Conclusion： rat blood rheology indexes were significantly higher in the early fatty liver,confirmed there is disturbance of hemorheology,which shows the hyperlipemia,fatty liver in rats blood stasis syndrome,blood stasis and shows the close relationship between blood rheology.
