细菌学检验对宫颈癌腔内放疗合并局部感染患者治疗临床研究

目的：探讨细菌学检验对宫颈癌腔内放疗合并局部感染患者临床治疗的指导意义。方法按照随机数字表法将九江市第三人民医院妇科收治的宫颈癌Ⅱb期患者中行腔内放疗且放疗后并发局部感染的258例患者均分为实验组和对照组，实验组患者在细菌培养和药敏试验的指导下采取个性化抗生素抗感染治疗，对照组患者根据感染严重程度凭借医师临床经验使用抗生素进行抗感染治疗，比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗情况及并发症发生情况。结果实验组患者显效率和总有效率均明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组患者平均治疗时间、平均治疗周期以及盆腔炎、宫腔积液和分泌物增多发生率均明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在细菌学检验基础上针对性使用抗生素治疗宫颈癌腔内放疗合并局部感染能够有效提高治疗效果、缩短治疗时间、降低并发症发生率，临床应用和推广价值较高。

Research on the clinical effects of cervical cancer intracavitary brachytherapy combine with local infection by experi-mental bacteriology

Objective To explore the clinical effects of cervical cancer intracavitary brachytherapy combine with local infec-tion by experimental bacteriology. Methods 258 cases of patients with cervical cancer with Ⅱb period in the third people＇s hos-pital of Jiujiang city were randomly divided into experiment group （129cases） and control group （129cases）. The experiment group were treated by anti-infection on the basis of bacterial culture and chemosensitivity test. The control group were treated by anti-infection on the basis of experience. The clinical effects,treatment condition and complication were compared. Results The signif-icant efficiency and total effective rate of the experiment group were much better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）;The aver-age length of treatment,the average period of treatment,the incidence rate of pelvic inflammatory disease,uterine cavity effusion and secretion increases in the experiment group were lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion It can increase the clini-cal effects,shorten the time of treatment,reduce the rate of complication by antibiotic on the basis of intracavitary brachytherapy combine with local infection with experimental bacteriology. It is valuable in clinical application.
