| 摘 要： | 目的]了解湘西农村地区老年人健康状况与健康需求.方法]自行设计问卷对分层随机抽样选取的湘西农村地区老年群体健康需求状况进行调查.结果]受调查对象308人,健康状况良好者12.7%,慢性疾病者87.3%,湘西农村地区患慢性疾病老年人健康知识需求主要内容为:应用药物的注意事项、疾病的治疗方法、疾病的预防方法.结论]湘西农村地区老年人健康状况不容乐观,老年人对健康知识需求迫切,应加强农村地区老年人群体的健康保健服务,开展针对性健康教育.

| Abstract: | Objective:To know about health state and health demands of senile people in western Hunan village area. Methods: The health demands of senile crowds selected by delamination random sampling from western Hunan village area were investigated by adopting self-designed questionnaire. Results: Among all 308 investigated objects, health people were accounted to 12.7%. People with chronic disease were accounted for 87.3%. The demands of senile people with chronic disease in western Hunan village area on health knowledge included announcements of medication, therapy of disease and prevention of diseases. Conclusion: Health state of senile people in western Hunan village area was not optimistic. The demands of senile people on health knowledge were urgent. One should strengthen health service for senile crowds in village area and unfold comprehending health education. |
