基于平稳小波变换的自适应心电信号去噪方法

摘    要:针对小波变换的阀值去噪在心电信号消噪中的缺陷,提出将平稳小波变换和自适应滤波方法相结合的心电信号消噪方法。平稳小波变换有效地抑制了传统离散正交小波变换易产生Gibbs振荡现象。在高尺度的平稳小波分解系数中引入了自适应滤波,既消除了基线漂移噪声,又较好的保持了心电信号的低频低幅的P波、T波及ST段波的形态。这对于进一步分析心电信号的其他特征信息具有重要作用。

Abstract:According to the limitations of wavelet threshold in de-noising method, we approached a combining algorithm of the stationary wavelet transform with adaptive filter. The stationary wavelet transformation can suppress Gibbs phenomena in traditional DWT effectively, and adaptive filter is introduced at the high scale wavelet coefficient of the stationary wavelet transformation. It would remove baseline wander and keep the shape of low frequency and low amplitude P wave, T wave and ST segment wave of ECG signal well. That is important for analyzing ECG signal of other feature information.
