被动牵伸对偏瘫下肢肌痉挛的影响

目的]观察被动牵伸方法对偏瘫患者下肢肌肉痉挛的影响。方法]将30例偏瘫患者随机分为两组,Ash-worth评分Ⅰ～Ⅲ级,治疗组15例,每天行手法按摩治疗结合被动牵伸方法;对照组15例,每天行手法按摩治疗。分别于治疗前和治疗2个月后,评价肌张力。结果]治疗组偏瘫患者肌张力改善明显,有效率为86.67%;对照组肌张力改善不明显,有效率为40.00%。两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论]被动牵伸对偏瘫患者肌张力的疗效明显优于常规按摩治疗。

The Effect of Passive Traction Treatment on The Muscle Spasm of Patients Suffering from Hemiplegia

Objective ] To observe the effect of passive traction treatment on the muscle spasm of patients suffered from hemiplegia. Method] To take the 30 patients ( Ashworth grade ranged from Ⅰ to Ⅲ ) suffering from hemiplegia divided into 2 groups. 15 patients received the passive traction and massage treatment every- day for 2 months, serving as treatment group. The other 15 patients received the massage as control. Muscle tension was evaluated using Ashworth grade. Result] The muscle tension of the patients in the treatment group was improved significantly, and the efficiency was 86. 67% ;While the muscle tension of the patients in the control group was not improved significantly, and the efficiency was 40. 00%. There was significant difference between the two groups. ( P <0. 05) Conclusion] The passive traction is a effective treatment for the patients suffering from cerebral palsy and hemiplegia.
