补肾活血排毒方结合常规西医治疗慢性肾功能衰竭80例

目的：观察补肾活血排毒方结合常规西医综合治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法：采用补肾活血排毒方（组成：生黄芪、太子参、熟地黄、枸杞子、炒当归、淮山药、山萸肉、茯苓、半边莲、川芎、益母草、大黄、怀牛膝）结合常规西医综合治疗慢性肾功能衰竭住院患者共80例，治疗3个月后观察临床疗效，同时检测并记录治疗前、后肾功能指标血清肌酐（Cr）和尿素氮（BUN）的变化。结果：80例中，显效25例，有效44例，无效11例，总有效率为86．25％；治疗前、后肾功能指标变化比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：补肾活血排毒方能改善慢性肾功能衰竭患者的临床症状及肾功能指标。

Effect of reinforcing kidney, activating blood and resolving toxin recipe combined with routine medication on chronic renal failure: clinical observation of 80 cases

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of reinforcing kidney, activating blood and resolving toxin recipe combined with routine western medical therapy on chronic renal failure. Methods: 80 cases were treated with the reinforcing kidney, activating blood and resolving toxin recipe and routine medication for three months. Clinical effects were observed, renal function indexes like Cr and BUN level before and after the treatment were detected and recorded.Results: 25 out of the 80 cases showed marked effect, 44 cases showed effect and 11 cases had no effect. The total effective rate was 86.25%. The renal function indexes before and after the treatment are significant different. (P<0.01) Conclusion: The reinforcing kidney, activating blood and resolving toxin recipe can improve clinical symptoms and the renal function in patients with chronic renal failure.
