摘    要:该通过对“三医”改革政策的研究,阐述了改革对传统医院管理和服务观念带来的影响,提出在新形势下,医院各项工作应充分体现“病人至上”的服务理念,创新经营模式,创建医院特色,加大内部改革,增强法制意识,建立职业化队伍等对策,将有助于提高医院的综合竞争力,有助于建立优质、高效、低耗的新型运行机制。

Abstract:This paper states the effect on reform to traditional hospital mangement and concept of services by studying the reform policy. It also put forward that each activities in hospital should completely embody the concept of services thich is ` Put patient first' create new management mode, create a feature of hospital, strengthen interior reform and law consciousness and set up the professional staff in the new situation. It will benefit to enhance the comprehensive capability of competition and establish a new system with high quality, efficacy and low consumption.
