| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨超声引导下肝穿刺活检在慢性乙肝的临床应用价值。方法：31例慢性乙肝患者，进行超声引导下经皮穿刺肝活组织检查，用美国Bard自动活检枪，16G穿刺针。结果：31例所取组织都能作出明确的病理学诊断。无严重并发症。结论：超声引导穿刺活检是安全的，对肝纤维经可作出早期定性诊断，为确定治疗方案提供依据，有较高的临床价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the clinical value of ultrasound - guided liver biopsy in chronic B - typed hepatitis. Methods: Ultrasound - guided liver biopsy are performed on 31 patients with chronic B-typed hepatitis, with Bard automated biopsy gun and 16-gauge cutting needle. Results: Definite pathological diagnosis are made from the tissues drawn from 31 patient . No serious complications oceurred. Conclusion: Supersonic - guided biopsy is safe and can provide an early diagnosis from liver fibrosis from which a therapeutic plan can be determined, A good prospect of clinical value is expected. |
