血小板膜结合纤维蛋白原在妊高征发病中的作用

采用流式细胞免疫荧光技术对５０例正常晚孕妇女及７４例任高征患者产前、产后６小时、７２小时血小板膜结合纤维蛋白原含量（Ｆｉｂｒｉｎｏｇｅｎ，Ｆｇ）进行动态观察。结果发现：产前妊高征患者血小板膜结合Ｆｇ明显高于正常晚孕妇女，且轻、中、重度妊高征患者血小板膜结合Ｆｇ含量呈递增趋势。产后６小时，妊高征组及正常晚孕组血小板膜结合Ｆｇ均明显增加。产后７２小时两组均降至产前正常晚孕组水平。提示：血小板聚集性增强在妊高征发病过程中起重要作用，血小板膜结合Ｆｇ可作为监测病情的一个客观指标。

Study of platelet bound fibrinogen on the causes of pregnancy-induced hypertension.

normal late pregnancy women and 74 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH) were examd their positive platelet percentss of platelet bound fibrinogen in peripheral blood respectively before and after delivery by an immunofluorescent quantitative measurement. Results: Platelet bound fibrinogen in patients with PIH before delivery was higher than that in normal late pregnancy women (P<0.001),and it increased with the severity of PIH and return to the level of normal late pregnancy within 72 hours after delivery . The results show that high platelet aggregability may play an important role in the pathogenesis of PIH,platelet bound fibrinogen can be a useful marker in reflecting the severity of PIH.
