吻合器环形痔切除术(PPH)的围手术期护理

目的：探讨吻合器环形痔切除术围手术期护理的方法。方法：对72例重度痔手术患者进行术前心理护理、肠道准备、术后排便护理、饮食指导及并发症的观察。结果：72例患者全部止血，70例患者的痔块完全回缩。结论：PPH术具有根治性高、并发症少等特点，加强围手术期护理对增加患者手术信心、提高病人舒适度、减少并发症的发生有重要的作用。

Perioperative Care on the Patients with Severe Hemorrhoids Underwent Stapled Propsectomy (PPH)

Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing methods in the patients who underwent the stapled prolapsectomy (PPH).Methods 72 patients with third or fourth degree hemorrhoids were studied. Preoperative psychological care, gut preparation and postoperative defecating care were administrated to the patients. Results 72 cases with bleeding were stanched. Conclusions Hemorrhoidectomy for prolapsed hemorrhoid with stapler is a safe procedure and with good results. Effective perioperative care on the patients is helpful to enhancing confidence of patients and reducing postoperative complications.
