| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨新生血管性青光眼的有效治疗方法。方法:将68例78眼新生血管性青光眼患者临床随机分组。对照组行睫状体冷冻手术,实验组行睫状体冷冻手术联合青光眼小梁切除术及5-FU应用。两组患者术后均点用典必殊眼液滴眼1wk,预防性抗感染治疗3d,术后随访1mo～2a。结果:对照组的成功率为42%,实验组成功率为72%,χ2=7.376>χ20.05=3.841,P<0.05,故两组有显著性差异。结论:睫状肌冷冻联合小梁切除及5-FU的应用是一种治疗新生血管性青光眼的有效手段。
