国产白内障超声乳化仪临床应用疗效观察

目的 观察和评估国产BME－290白内障超声乳化仪对各级硬度晶状体的有效性。方法 对40例白内障病人采用此超声乳化仪进行白内障摘除术，术中观察此仪器的各项指标，术后随访病人的视力及眼内反应。结果 术中此仪器的各项指标稳定，术后病人的视力较术前明显提高，无一例发生明显的术中及术后并发症，与同类型进口超声乳化仪的明显差异。结论 国产BME－280超声乳化仪性能稳定，对各级硬度的晶状体疗效均可，体积小巧，价格便宜，值得临床应用。

The clinical effect of domestic phacoemulsification machine

Objective To observe and assess the effects of domestic BME 280 phacoemulsification machine for different hard nucleus.Methods The phacoemulsification was performed for 40 patients by this machine.The function was observed during operation.After operation,the vision and reaction were examined.Results The function was stable during operation.To compare with pre operative vision,the post operative vision was obviously improved.There was not any complication and no obvious differences with imported machine.Conclusion The function of domestic BME 280 phacoemulsification machine was steady.They were effectsive for any hard nucleus and the cost was cheap,valuable to be developed.
