盐都区10051人免费婚前医学检查结果分析

目的：分析盐都区免费婚前医学检查（婚检）人群的疾病发生情况,探讨干预措施,维护婚姻当事人健康,提高新出生人口素质。方法：对2008—06—01—2010—05—3110051人免费婚检结果进行分析。结果：检出疾病2207例,疾病检出率为21．96％,列前3位的是生殖系统疾病、内科疾病和传染病,分别占43．72％、34．03％和21．70％。对疾病检出者进行个性化咨询指导,保护隐私,对疑难病例实行转诊。结论：婚检对人口生产质量的把关作用不可或缺;婚检免费、部门协作是提高婚检率的有效途径;生殖保健意识和生殖健康知识传播亟待强化;乙肝等传染病的防控不能小视。

Objective： To analyses Yandu free premarital medical examination （pre--marital examination） disease population, and explore interventions to safeguard the health of marriage and the parties, to improve the quality of new births. Method：From June 1 to 2008 to May 31 2010 10051 cases of free premarital examination were analyzed. Result;The detection of disease, 2207 cases of the disease detection rate was 21.96%, 3 sites of the reproductive system diseases, medical diseases and infectious diseases, accounting for 43.72%, 34.03% and 21.07%. The detection of disease were personalized counseling, protection of privacy, the implementation of the referral of difficult cases. Conclusion： The premarital examination for population and checking the quality of essential production; free premarital examination, departmental collaboration is an effective way to improve the rate of premarital examinations; of reproductive health awareness and urgent to strengthen the dissemination of knowledge of reproductive health; hepatitis B prevention and control of communicable diseases such as can not be overlooked.
