| 摘 要： | 本文叙述了一个适用于某些药物肠肝循环的三房室药物动力学模型。给出了此模型的解和产生药物多次吸收的条件，从而对药物一时间曲线中出现的多峰提出了一种解释。最新发展的遗传算法解决了根据此模型的解的形式进行非线性最小二乘法拟合所遇到的困难。本文最后给出了解一种具有多次吸收的药物（环戊基哌嗪复力霉素）的药物一时间曲线及非线性拟合的结果。

| Abstract: | According to pharmacology of some medicine a threercompartment modelof pharinacokinetics with hepatoenteral circulation was presented in this paper. Equation andsolution of this model, condition of multi-time absorbability xvere given here. And thus,,theexplanation of multi-peak of the curve of plasma concentration of durg vs. time (c-t curve)was given. The difficuJty encoutered in nonlinear lenst square fitness was solved by geneticaiigorithm. In the end, xve give an exarriple of Rifapentine c-t curve and result of nonlinearieast square fitness by genetic algonrithm. |
