某砖茶对正常小鼠血糖、血脂、血清尿素氮的影响

目的　为探讨某砖茶对正常小鼠血糖、血清甘油三脂、总胆固醇、尿素氮、总蛋白、白蛋白、丙氨酸氨基转移酶的影响。　方法　以 8.35、12 .5 3、16 .70 g/ kg.bw剂量的砖茶水提取物给昆明种小鼠灌胃 30 d,禁食 14 h后采血 ,用全自动生化分析仪测上述指标。　结果　三个剂量组小鼠血糖均显著高于对照组 ,并呈现明显的剂量反应关系 ;12 .5 3mg/ kg.bw剂量组雄性小鼠血清甘油三脂显著低于正常对照组 ;12 .5 3、16 .70 mg/ kg.bw剂量组雄性小鼠血清尿素氮明显低于对照组。　结论　砖茶可使受试小鼠血糖明显升高 ,可能降低小鼠血清甘油三脂和尿素氮。

Effects of a Brick Tea on Blood-glucose, Blood-lipid and Serum Urea Nitrogen in Normal Mice

Objective To examine the effects of a brick tea on serum total protein, albumin, and alanice aminotransferase in normal mice. Methods Kunming mice were given orally 8.35, 12.53, 16.70 g/kg.bw water extract of the brick tea for 30 days. Blood was collected after the mice were fasted for 14 hours, and the above indicators were determined by Full Auto Biochemical Analyzer. Result It was found that serum glucose of three dosed group was higher than that of control group and showed an obvious dose-response relationship, serum triglycerides of male mice dosed with 12.53 g/kg.bw were significantly lower than controls and serum urea nitrogen of male mice with 12.53? 16.70 g/kg.bw dose was evidently lower than control mice. Conclusion The above results suggest that the brick tea may cause serum glucose to increase, serum triglycerides and urea nitrogen to decrease in tested mice.
