自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉60例

目的 观察自体角膜缘干细胞移植对翼状胬肉疗效的影响。方法 在手术显微镜下，采用自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗初发性和复发性翼状胬肉60例(65眼)，术后随访观察6个月～4年，结果 54例(58眼)痊愈，6例(7眼)复发，术后复发率为12．07％。结论 自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉，有助于角膜、结膜的重建，阻止新生血管及结膜上皮侵入角膜，有效抑制了胬肉的复发，是治疗翼状胬肉的理想手术方法。

Limbal Stem Cells Autograft Transplantation in the Treatment of 60 Cases of Pterygium

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of limbal stem cells autograft transplantation in the treatment of pterygium.Methods Under microscope,60 patients (65 eyes) with pterygium including primary and recurrent pterygium were treated with limbal stem cells autograft transplantation.After operation, the follow-up time was 6 months to 4 years.Results 58 eyes in 54 cases were healed and 7 eyes in 6 cases recurred.The recurrence rate of pterygium was 12.07%.Conclusion Limbal stem cells autograft transplantation in the treatment of pterygium is helpful to the reconstruction of cornea and conjunctva and inhibit neovascular and conjunctiva epithelioma to invade the cornea, so effectively prevent the recurrence of pterygiun.It is the ideal surgical methed of pterygium therapy.
