PICC辅助穿刺护理桌在危重患者置管维护中的应用研究

目的：研究PICC辅助穿刺护理桌在PICC穿刺过程中的作用。方法：选择2017年6月至2018年10月在我科穿刺置管患者75例，设立对照组（40例）和干预组（35例），比较两组患者置管操作时间、一次置管成功率。结果：干预组使用PICC辅助穿刺护理桌置管操作平均时间显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；干预组一次置管成功率显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：应用PICC辅助穿刺护理桌可节省在危重患者置管维护中的准备和操作时间，减少临床护理工作量，同时提高一次置管成功率。

Clinical application of PICC assisted puncture nursing table in the maintenance of catheterization in critical patients

0bjective: To study the role of PICC assisted puncture table in the process of PICC puncture. Methods: A total of 75 patients with puncture catheterization in our department from June 2017 to October 2018 were selected, and the control group (40 patients) and the intervention group (35 patients) were set up to compare the operating time and success rate of catheterization in the two groups. Results: The mean time of PICC catheterization assisted with puncture care table in the intervention group was significantly lower than the time in the control group (P < 0.05); The success rate of one-time catheterization in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of PICC assisted puncture care table can save preparation and operation time in the maintenance of catheterization in critical patients, reduce clinical nursing workload and improve the success rate of one-time catheterization.
