| 摘 要： | 目的：提醒临床使用小剂量甲泼尼龙时，应注意监测心率，及时调整治疗方案，避免心动过缓等危及生命的不良事件发生
方法：分析1例患者使用大剂量甲泼尼龙时，诱发心动过缓发生。停用后好转。再次使用小剂量甲泼尼龙后仍发生心动过缓的案例。
结果：甲泼尼龙诱发心动过缓可能与剂量无关。
结论：不同剂量的甲泼尼龙均可导致心动过缓，使用时应严密监测心率。

| Abstract: | Objective: remind the use of small dose of methylprednisolone, should pay attention to monitoring the heart rate, timely adjust the treatment plan, to avoid bradycardia and other life-threatening adverse events
Methods: tanalyze 1 case of bradycardia induced by high dose methylprednisolone. Improved after disuse. Bradycardia occurred after repeated use of small doses of methylprednisolone.
Results: methylprednisolone induced bradycardia may be independent of dose.
Conclusion: different doses of methylprednisolone can cause bradycardia.Monitoring the heart rate is needed. |
