负压应急病区护理管理方式的质性研究

目的 探讨COVID-19疫情应急收治期间，定点收治单位负压应急病区中护理管理者的管理方式，为构建科学的负压应急病区护理管理模式提供指导。 方法 选择上海市某三级甲等专科医院负压应急病区护理管理者8名，采取视频会议的形式、运用半结构式深度访谈，用Colaizzi 7步分析法对收集的资料进行分析。 结果 将访谈内容进行编码分析、凝练后，得出负压应急病区护理管理方式的4大主题：人员管理、物资管理、感控管理、护理质量管理。 结论 护理管理者在疫情对应中发挥着不可取代的作用，保障了疫情防控工作的安全、高效运行，科学的护理管理模式仍需努力探索研究，持续改进完善。

Qualitative Study on Nursing Management of Negative Pressure Emergency Ward

Objective To explore the management mode of nursing managers in the negative pressure emergency ward of the hospital that was admitted to the designated hospital during the epidemic of covid-19, so as to provide guidance for the scientific nursing management mode in the negative pressure emergency ward. Methods Eight nursing managers in the negative pressure emergency ward of a Shanghai hospital were selected, and the collected data were analyzed by video conference, semi-structured in-depth interview and Colaizzi 7-step analysis method,use video conference and semi-structured in-depth interview,and Colaizzi 7-step analysis method was used to analyze the collected data.Results After the interview contents were coded, analyzed and condensed, four major topics of nursing management in negative pressure emergency ward were obtained: human resource management, material management, sense control management, and nursing quality management.Conclusion Nursing managers play an irreplaceable role in the epidemic, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of epidemic prevention and control work. Scientific nursing management mode still needs to be explored and continuously improved.
