摘    要:目的:探讨临床实践中瘿瘤中医治疗的另一种辨证论治思路。方法:认真研读瘿瘤病因病机及历代医家诊治经验等相关文献,将中医基础理论与临床实践经验相结合从而加以系统分析。结果:瘿瘤有虚实之分,临床中以实证居多,其病机可归纳为痰浊、瘀血及气滞,中医治疗可从祛湿入手,辅以活血行气,夹有虚证者可补虚理气。结论:祛湿法在瘿瘤临床治疗的理法方药的运用中具有较好的效果。

Abstract:To explore another dialectical treatment thinking of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of goiter and tumor in clinical practice.Methods:We seriously study the literature on the cause and pathogenesis of the goiter and tumor and the experience of doctors in the past generations,and combine the basic TCM theory with the clinical practice experience to systematically analyze them.Results:The syndrome of goiter and tumor is divided into excessive and deficient kinds.In clinics,it is mostly excessive syndromes.Its pathogenesis can be summarized as phlegm turbidity,blood stasis and qi stagnation.TCM treatment can start from the aspect of dissipating dampness,supplemented by activating blood circulation and qi flowing.Those who also have deficient symptom should be treated by supplementing deficiency and regulating qi flow.Conclusion:The method of dissipating dampness has a good guiding role in the clinical treatment of goiter and tumor.
