| 摘 要： | 上海近十年来,老年人口快速增长,其中失智失能的老龄人口比例大幅提高。2014年上海开始“医养结合”新模式试点工作。本文以上海某老年护理院主办的“医养结合”养老机构模式的实践,探索其主要做法、效果、特色、分析存在的问题、对策与建议。为“医养结合”模式推进提供依据。

| Abstract: | In the past decade, the elderly population in Shanghai has grown rapidly, of which the proportion of the elderly with dementia and disability has increased significantly. In 2014, Shanghai started the pilot work of the Medical-nursing Combined Care Institution. Based on the practice of Medical-nursing Combined Care Institution mode hosted in a nursing home for the aged in Shanghai, this paper explores the main methods, results, characteristics, and analyses existing problems, countermeasures and suggestions, in order to provide reference for the promotion of the Medical-nursing Combined Care Institution mode. |
