术前手术人员行为心理状态对手术安全性及有效性的影响研究

目的 探讨术前手术人员行为心理状态对手术安全性及有效性的影响。方法 选取2019年3月至2019年12月本院普外科手术、骨科手术和妇科手术90台次进行研究分析,选取4名主刀人员作为研究对象,其中腹腔镜直肠癌根治术(Dixon)19例,腹腔镜直肠Mile’s术11例,股骨粗隆骨折切开复位内固定术30例,腹腔镜下全子宫切除术30例,分别给主刀手术者佩戴小米手环,从术前1天19点开始至术后1h,监测手术人员各项指标变化,分析术者行为与心理状态对手术结果的影响。结果 手术人员术前佩戴小米手环监测睡眠及行为心理状态,结果显示数值波动较大者,手术中的操作及术后患者恢复受到影响,相对术后并发症多,治疗有效性及安全性明显降低;当术中出现意外事件时,小米手环显示手术人员心率、血压及体温均有不同程度升高。结论 通过小米手环检测手术人员术前至术后1h各项生理指标,表明手术人员保持良好的作息习惯及行为状态,能够显著提高手术人员术中意外情况发生的心理承受能力,降低患者术后并发症的发生,疾病治疗的有效性获得提高。 保证手术操作的准确性及有效性,手术安全性获得提高。

Objective To investigate the effect of the behavioral psychological state on the safety and effectiveness of the operation. Methods 90 cases of general surgery, orthopaedic surgery and gynecologic surgery were selected from March 2019 to December 2019. Four patients were selected as subjects. Among them ,19 cases of laparoscopic rectal cancer radical surgery (Dixon),11 cases of laparoscopic rectal Mile"s ,30 cases of open reduction and internal fixation of femoral trochanteric fracture ,30 cases of laparoscopic total hysterectomy, and 30 cases of primary scalpel surgeon were given millet bracelet. To analyze the influence of behavior and psychological state on the outcome of the operation. Results The results showed that the operation and recovery of the patients were affected. Compared with the postoperative complications, the efficacy and safety of the treatment decreased significantly. Conclusion The results show that the operation staff maintain good working habits and behavior state, which can significantly improve their psychological tolerance, reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, and improve the effectiveness of disease treatment. To ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the operation, and improve the safety of the operation.
