翻转课堂教学模式在药理学课程线上线下应用之评价

目的 探讨基于模拟药房的情景式翻转课堂教学模式和基于网络平台的小规模限制性在线课程（SPOC）翻转课堂教学模式在药理学课程的应用效果比较。方法 以江苏卫生健康职业学院2017级五年制药学专业105名学生为授课对象,在两学期内分别采用不同形式的翻转课堂教学模式开展药理学课程教学实践,对学生进行课程和教学模式的满意度调查,评价应用效果。结果 学生满意度调查结果显示,基于模拟药房的情境式翻转课堂教学模式增强了学生的团结协作能力、实践操作能力、沟通表达能力;基于网络平台的SPOC翻转课堂教学模式有助于学生批判思维能力、分析解决问题能力、自主学习能力的培养。结论 两种翻转课堂教学模式虽各有侧重,但均能有效提高学生的学习成绩,提升教学效果,提高人才培养质量,期待有机融合二者优势,推广线上线下混合式翻转课堂教学模式的开展。

Comparison of the application of Flipped Class model in pharmacology course online and offline

Objective To explore the application effect of situational approach flipped class model based on simulation pharmacy and SPOC flipped class model based on network platform in pharmacology course. Methods Taking 105 students majoring in pharmaceutical science in grade 2017 as the teaching object, the teaching practice of pharmacology course was carried out in two semesters with different forms of flipped class model, and the satisfaction survey of curriculum and teaching mode was carried out to evaluate the application effect. Results The results of student satisfaction survey showed that the situational approach flipped class model based on simulation pharmacy enhanced students" ability of unity and cooperation and practical operation ability, communication and expression ability; The SPOC flipped class model based on network platform is helpful to the cultivation of students" critical thinking ability, problem-solving ability and autonomous learning ability. Conclusion Although each of the two flipped class models has its own emphasis, it can effectively improve the academic performance, improve the teaching effect, improve the quality of talent training, expect to combine the advantages of the two organically, and promote the development of the online and offline hybrid flipped class teaching mode.
