基于图像处理技术的枸杞子商品规格等级评价方法研究

摘    要:中药材和饮片商品规格等级划分是衡量中药质量优劣的重要依据,直接影响着临床用药的安全有效,也是中药质量标准体系的重要组成部分。为建立枸杞子商品规格等级划分体系,本实验以研究枸杞子的形性特征为评价指标,利用Image-proplus和图像处理技术,对来自宁夏、青海和新疆三个产区共90份样品的形性指标进行综合评价。结果显示,三个产区枸杞子药材在形状、重量、面积和颜色等外观性状方面有一定区别,通过SPSS 24.0等统计软件对测定结果进行聚类分析,发现宁夏枸杞的宽长比为0.55-0.65,青海枸杞为0.40-0.50,新疆枸杞为0.65-0.80;在颜色值方面,宁夏枸杞与青海枸杞的RGB值(R值)偏大,外表红色或深红色,新疆枸杞的R值偏小,外表暗红色;在划分枸杞子等级时,采用面积值和重量值为指标,发现一、二、三等品的面积值分别为1.27-1.69、0.79-1.26、0.25-0.74;一、二、三等品单粒重量值范围为0.22-0.24、0.18-0.20、0.14-0.16。通过研究发现,宽长比和RGB值可作为枸杞子不同产地规格的划分依据,面积值、重量值及均匀度可准确客观地用于建立枸杞子商品等级标准。本研究秉承中药全程质量控制理念,为中药全程质量控制体系的构建提供数据支撑,为中药材及饮片的规格等级划分提供新的思路和参考。

Abstract:The classification of traditional Chinese medicines and pieces is the basis for measuring the quality of traditional Chinese medicines, which directly affects the safety and efficacy of clinical medicines, and as an important part of the quality standard system of traditional Chinese medicines. In order to establish the classification system of Lycii Fructus commodity specifications, the study using the shape characteristics to of Lycii Fructus as the evaluation index, and using Image-proplus and image processing technology to analyze the shape indexes of 90 samples from Ningxia, Qinghai and Xinjiang.The results showed that there were some differences in the appearance, weight, area and color. The clustering analysis was carried out by statistical software such as SPSS 24.0, and the width-to-length ratio of the three regions is 0.55-0.65, 0.40-0.50, 0.65-0.80.In terms of color value,the RGB value(R value) of Ningxia and Qinghai is too large,and the appearance is red or deep red, the RGB value(R value) of Xinjiang is small,and the appearance is dark red.In terms of dividing the grade of the Lycii Fructus, the area value and the weight value are used as indicators, and the area values of the first, second and third-class products are found to be 1.27-1.69, 0.79-1.26, 0.25-0.74, The first, second and third-class products has a weight value ranging from 0.22-0.24, 0.18-0.20 and 0.14-0.16.The research found that the width to length ratio and RGB value can be used as the basis for the different regions specifications of the Lycii Fructus. The area value, weight value and uniformity can be accurately and objectively used to establish the commodity grade standard of Lycii Fructus. This research adheres to the concept of full quality control of Chinese medicine, provides the data support for the construction of the full quality control system of Chinese medicine, and provides new ideas and references for the classification of Chinese medicine and pieces.
