医院感染控制在急诊科预防新型冠状病毒肺炎感染中的作用观察

摘要：目的 了解医院感染控制在急诊科预防新型冠状病毒肺炎感染中的作用。方法 采用回顾性调查方法，观察通过制定医院感染控制的相关制度并有效落实，比较急诊科就诊患者和医务人员在新冠肺炎预防中被传染情况；医务人员医院感染控制相关要求掌握情况。结果从2020年1月20日至2020年3月20日，至急诊科就诊患者1.23万人及医务工作人员 52人均未被传染新冠肺炎，医务人员全部掌握医院感染控制相关要求。结论 高度重视、统一认识、认真培训、规范执行、严格督查是保证预防新冠肺炎传染的有力措施。

The role of nosocomial infection control in the prevention of COVID-19 in emergency department

ABSTRACT: objective to understand the role of nosocomial infection control in the prevention of 2019-ncov pneumonia infection in emergency department. Methods, retrospective investigation was used to observe the infection control system in emergency department and compare the infection status of patients and medical staff in the prevention of NCP Hospital infection control requirements of medical staff to grasp the situation. Results from January 20,2020 to March 20,2020,12,300 patients and 52 medical staff were not infected with NCP. All the medical staff were in control of hospital infection. Conclusion high attention, unified understanding, serious training, standardized implementation, strict supervision are the effective measures to ensure the prevention of NCP infection.
