智能输液管理系统在护理工作的应用效果分析

目的 探讨基于智能输液管理系统在护理工作中的应用效果。方法 随机选择2018年10月-2019年12月我院老年特需病房需要静脉输液的患者100例,本研究采用前后对照,纳入研究的患者正常护理下前3d内的输液数据(对照组)和智能输液管理系统下所选患者之后3d内的输液数据(实验组)。收集两组期间的响铃率、工作量和护理满意度等资料并进行统计分析。结果 实验组响铃率低于对照组,且实验组护士工作量少于对照组(P＜0.05)；实验组满意度调查中非常满意率高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 智能输液管理系统的应用优化了我院输液流程,护士能在护士站了解患者输液时的即时信息,可降低响铃率,减少护士工作量,提高护理满意度。

Analysis of application effect of intelligent infusion management system in nursing work

Objective To discuss the application effect of intelligent infusion management system in nursing work. Methods 100 patients who needed intravenous infusion from the elderly special needs ward in our hospital from October 2018 to December 2019 were randomly selected. In this study, before and after controls were included. The infusion data within the first 3 days of the patients under normal care (control group) and Infusion data within 3 days of selected patients under the intelligent infusion management system (experimental group). The data of ring rate, workload and nursing satisfaction during the two groups were collected and statistically analyzed. Results The ring rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the workload of nurses in the experimental group was less than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of the intelligent infusion management system optimizes the infusion process. The nurses can know the instant information of the patients during the infusion at the nurse station, which can reduce the ring rate, reduce the workload of the nurses, and improve the satisfaction of the nursing.
