血清外泌体中NY-ESO-1,Alix,PLAP联合对非小细胞肺癌的诊断价值

探讨血清外泌体中纽约食管鳞状细胞癌抗原-1(NY-ESO-1)、Alix、胎盘碱性磷酸酶(PLAP)联合对非小细胞肺癌的诊断价值。将早期非小细胞肺癌患者设为肺癌组、肺部良性疾病患者设为良性组、体检健康者设为对照组。结果显示,血清外泌体中NY-ESO-1,Alix,PLAP鉴别早期非小细胞肺癌患者与肺部良性疾病患者的灵敏度分别为98%、95%和90%,特异度分别为78%,80%,90%。鉴别早期非小细胞肺癌患者与健康体检者的灵敏度分别为95%,94%,95%,特异度分别为95%,95%,92%。联合鉴别早期非小细胞肺癌的诊断的的灵敏度为95.00%,特异度为91.00%,准确度为92.33%。结果说明,血清外泌体中NY-ESO-1,Alix,PLAP的表达量检测可作为诊断早期非小细胞肺癌的潜在标志。

Diagnostic value of NY-ESO-1, Alix, PLAP in serum exosomes for non-small cell lung cancer

To investigate the diagnostic value of New York-esopHageal-1(NY-ESO-1), Alix, placental alkaline phosphatase(PLAP) in serum exosomes for non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). The early NSCLC patients were divided into cancer group, benign lung disease group and control group. The results showed that the sensitivity of NY-ESO-1, Alix and PLAP in serum exosomes was 98%, 95% and 90% respectively, and the specificity was 78%, 80% and 90% respectively. The sensitivity was 95%, 94%, 95% and the specificity was 95%, 95%, 92% respectively. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the combined diagnosis were 95.00%, 91.00% and 92.33% respectively. The expression of NY-ESO-1, Alix and PLAP in serum exosomes can be used as a potential marker for early diagnosis of NSCLC.
