我国医疗数据可视化研究的知识图谱分析

摘    要:目的:梳理我国医疗数据可视化研究的演变过程及核心内容,发掘本领域的科研增长点。方法:对国内三大中文期刊全文数据库中的相关文献进行收集、整合,使用CiteSpace软件进行知识图谱分析及文献计量学分析。结果:共筛选出目标文献5 292篇,分4个时间窗展示主题网络聚类图谱及关键词计量指标统计结果。结论:我国医疗数据可视化领域的研究主题早期相对集中、稳定,主要集中于三维重建、可视化人体等方面。近几年研究文献数量呈现指数级增长,研究主题逐步多元化和细化,新增了如网络药理学、知识图谱、新技术研究等主题。

Abstract:Objective To seek the domestic growth point in scientific research on medical data visualization by clarifying its evolution process and key contents. Methods The papers on medical data visualization covered in 3 major full-text databases of Chinese journals were retrieved, integrated, and analyzed by knowledge graph analysis and bibliometric analysis respectively using the CiteSpace software. Results A total of 5292 target papers on medical data visualization were selected. Their topic network cluster graph and calculated key words indexes were displayed in 4 time windows. Conclusion The early papers on domestic medical data visualization were relatively centralized and stable, and mainly concentrated on its 3D reconstruction and human body visualization. The number of papers on medical data visualization increased exponentially, and the research topics were gradually diversified and refined, with new topics on network pharmacology, knowledge graph and new technology increased in recent years.
