| 摘 要： | 二尖瓣反流（MR）是临床常见的瓣膜疾病之一，其发病率不断上升。超声心动图是评估MR的首选影像学检查方法，具有无创、无辐射、操作便捷、价格低廉等优势。近年来，人工智能（AI）广泛应用于药物研发、临床诊断、临床决策、临床治疗及健康管理等方面。AI辅助MR精准诊疗可为患者提供个性化诊疗服务。本文就AI在MR诊断、治疗及预后随访中的应用进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Mitral regurgitation (MR) is one of the most common valvular diseases and its incidence is increasing. Echocardiography is the first choice for evaluating MR with the advantages of non-invasive, radiation-free, easy to perform and inexpensive. In recent years, artificial intelligence (AI) technology has been making breakthroughs and is widely used in various majors. The combination of AI and echocardiography has shown its unique value in the whole process of MR diagnosis, treatment and follow-up. |
